This website is owned and operated by Ashwa Limousine under the domain name Ashwa-limousine.com. 

 

The website is available for your use only on the condition that you agree to these terms of use. By accessing/using the website, you are signifying your agreement to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our website.

 

Please note: the services advertised on the website cannot be booked by individuals under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking and have the legal capacity and authority to book the services. 

 

GRACE PERIOD: 

 

Delays are sometimes inevitable. Which can sometimes keep customers from meeting their chauffeurs. Ashwa Limousine team works hard to give chauffeurs enough time to be in position prior to reservation pick-up time. For each reservation, customers are granted a window of time to greet their chauffeurs at the requested pick-up time and location before incurring waiting time charges. 

 

AIRPORT PICKUPS: 

 

Ashwa Limousine monitors all commercial airline arrivals to ensure on-time airport pickups. A thirty (30) minute grace period is provided for all domestic arrivals and sixty (60) minutes for all international arrivals. Waiting time charges will apply after the grace period and are occurred in quarter-hour increments, based on the vehicle’s hourly rate. 

 

NON-AIRPORT PICKUPS: 

 

For all pickup locations other than airports, a fifteen (15) minute grace period is allowed. Waiting time charges will apply after the grace period and are occurred in quarter-hour increments, based on the vehicle’s hourly rate. 

 

CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS: 

 

We understand changes or cancellations to travel plans can be abrupt or without reason. Be sure to give us adequate notice, and we’ll see you next time. Changes or cancellations for all trips must be submitted to Ashwa Limousine via e-mail at info@ashwa-limousine.com or by calling (949) 835-2823. Via e-mail requires twenty-four (24) hours advance notice. Changes/cancellations via phone require two (24) hours advance notice for vehicles up to 24 passengers. Vehicles larger than 5 passengers in capacity require a 72-hour cancellation policy. Customers who fail to provide adequate notice or either trip reservation changes or cancellations, as referenced above, will be billed the fare as originally advised. 

 

NO-SHOWS: 

 

A reservation is considered a “No Show” if the passenger cannot be located or contacted within (a) one (1) hour for airport pickups after the passenger’s flight lands or (b) thirty (30) minutes at all other pickup locations. For all No-Shows, the full trip fare will be charged. 

 

HOURLY BILLED RESERVATIONS: 

 

Hourly billed reservations are charged based on the vehicle category and the season and are calculated from the time the vehicle leaves the garage until it returns. 

 

RATES: 

 

Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Ashwa Limousine is not responsible for services delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. The rate presented on your reservation confirmation is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved and is not intended to represent the actual cost of the trip. Wait time, extra stops, or additional services may change your rate. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY: 

 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Ashwa Limousine may only release account information when necessary to (a) comply with law, (b) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of Ashwa Limousine’s staff, drivers, our users, or others. 

 

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING: 

 

All credit card, PayPal, and payment network direct pay payments are subject to 6% processing convenience fees. 

 

ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES: 

 

Farm out/affiliates: please note for some of our rides, we may use and hire our affiliated companies, and independent contractors (farm out) and their vehicles with the use of their commercial insurance, bonds & CPUC “California Public Utilities Commission State license to provide service. Please note that their commercial insurance is in effect and involved with the workers hired through us. They are insured and licensed to perform the transportation. They are authorized by airports and comply with local and state rules and regulations. Please note they can charge you directly. 

 

CHARGES-CARD AUTHORIZATIONS: 

 

All reservation confirmations are subject to pre-authorization and accuracy of the credit card, including all other methods of payment. If the credit card on file is not valid/expired/declined/lost or stolen, we reserve the right to cancel the ride without any notice, unless replaced by a valid credit card or another form of payment. Rates, Terms, and policies are subject to change without notice. All rates and rights are subject to prior reservation with confirmation. 

 

CONTRACT AGREEMENT: 

 

20% gratuity and 5% fuel surcharge will be added to the flat trip rate. o Rates, Regulations, and Release of Liability for all Vehicles o No alcohol consumed by those under the age of 21 years in any authorized vehicles. We reserve the right not to allow alcohol. 

 

  • No SMOKING inside the vehicles, $150.00 charge per incident, No exceptions. 
  • No use of any illegal drugs of any kind. Damages to the vehicles caused by the passengers, the cardholder is responsible for the full repair charges. 
  • Charge of $100-$350 for any excessive clean-up fees, and sanitation. 
  • All unruly persons will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver with no refund. 
  • We will not be responsible for any claim for missing, damaged, or stolen property. 
  • Clients agree that replacement vehicles may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues, Accidents, or other unexpected issues, and no refund will be issued. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse driving on any roads where conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 
  • Clients/guests to be informed that the vans-buses are higher than usual vehicles and may be more difficult to get in and out of the vehicles especially for elderly guests and those with medical conditions. 
  • Guests must use caution to get in and out since our vans-buses are higher. 
  • Children under the age of 8 must be in a car seat or booster seat, and 4′ 9″ or taller and be secured by a safety belt in the back seat. 
  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. 
  • Quotes are valid for 24 hours. Rates are subject to availability. 
  • Confirmations are not guaranteed reservations until guaranteed by a valid method of payment. 
  • Assessment of all charges, overtime, damage costs, and safety rules, are the sole discretion of the driver & will have charges. 
  • The prices quoted to the clients are best estimates only.
